This Pareo features a watercolor backdrop that looks like a batik style print with hand-drawn Olona illustrations by Honey.
*What is the Olonā Plant? Olonā is a Hawaiian shrub (scientific name: touchardia latifolia) of the family Urticaceae with erect stems, large thick leaves and small flowers in globose clusters. The native Hawaiians used its strong bark fibers for making fishnets, ropes and other types of cordage. The rope they made from the fibers was resistant to seawater and very strong. The Olonā is an illustration you'll see representing Honeygirl's World Shop, HoneyXO, and even Rare Breed because it represents strength and longevity.
