Rare Breed Maui is a small, family-owned business based in Hawaiʻi. Although our online store accepts orders 24/7, customer service is not available around the clock.

Please allow 24–48 hours for a response during regular business days. We generally do not respond to messages on weekends or holidays. Messages received during those times will be addressed when customer service resumes.

PLEASE NOTE: Contacting us multiple times through email, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms will not expedite a response. Please choose one method of contact and allow the stated response time before following up. Sending duplicate messages across multiple platforms creates additional inquiries and may delay our ability to respond to everyone.
