Chinese New Year - Spring Festival Processing & Shipping Times
As many of you know, some of our manufacturers and production companies are located overseas (in Europe and China). With Chinese New Year (Spring Festival Week) some of our China manufacturers will be observing their usual Spring Festival time off which will affect not only the production of our products made overseas but also the shipping as our shipping partners in China also take that time off as well. Orders that are placed between 01/27 - 02/02 will begin manufacturing after 02/02 due to the Festival. Please see our order by dates below.
Most T-Shirts, Accessory Pouches and Cloth Tote Bags are shipped via USPS and Printed/Cut (manufactured) in the United States. Because of this, these items should not be affected and you can order as your normally would.
Purses, Handbags, Kimonos, Aloha Shirts and Jackets and other items are all printed Overseas. Please have these items ordered before January 17th to ensure that they begin production prior to festival closure.
As a reminder - we have a NO REFUND Policy and Exchanges are allowed only if the item you ordered is not what you received. Please be sure that before placing the order that your email address, shipping address, phone number and name are accurate as well as the items you order are what you want before checking out. Please ensure you are looking at the design you want and ensure it matches with the listed in your cart. Also double check your sizes. Many of our items have a sizing chart in the description which will best represent the size of the garment.
We've been so thankful that we've had such a fruitful and prosperous 2024 and because of how busy we have been, we can't thank you all enough. We are so excited for 2025 and so far it has been off to a fabulous start. We are so thankful to all of you!
