Order Update: Production, Tracking and Shipping Delays (August/September)

I want to share a quick update regarding order processing and shipping timelines. If you placed an order during the last week of August or in September, your items are facing unexpected delays due to a combination of severe weather conditions and domestic transit bottlenecks.

Because our items are made when ordered and imported from our manufacturers, they have encountered a perfect storm of logistical challenges over the past few weeks. This includes international weather disruptions, local hurricane impacts here at home, and extended transit backlogs coming out of the Los Angeles customs hub.

While these external factors have put us a few days behind our usual timeline, I want to reassure you that once your orders are completed and shipped, I will be utilizing express shipping on orders that are behind at no cost to our customers. 

Please rest assured that your orders are secure, and we are tracking them daily. We are doing everything we can to expedite the process and get your orders into your hands.
